This is the fifth property (that I owned and subsequently) sold in my lifetime. All four units involved my interaction with only two agents. I have been fortunate to have had agents who are advocates for my goals and trustworthy in representing my interests and responsibilities as a “seller.” Annie Guthrie oversaw my sales experience recently in Pensacola as both the listing and sales agent. Her agency provided me with her role and responsibilities as well as mine throughout the process. Read them carefully so you are as informed as a seller as she is as your agent AND your expectations are realistic as well as focused on each task. I can state that Annie went beyond expectations in the preparation and advertising components in the sales process (hvac oversight, new roof, new water heater, interior presentation components, exterior maintenance, etc). Her connections to contractors was extremely beneficial and provided anxiety relief. Similarly, the showings and open houses were well communicated and not overwhelming. The coordination and communication components were noteworthy throughout my experience. I have the utmost respect for the sales and support staff in her agency (they are receptive, courteous, attentive, and unified) all components of teamwork. Annie always attended to her fiduciary role as my agent for which I was appreciative. My assessment is based on a comparison of what she gave me as her role (s) and responsibilities versus what she actually did and how she performed.
