Annie provided superb service! She made moving to Virginia from out of state so much easier. She is honest, super friendly, knowledgable, and made our crazy, stressful transition so much easier! Annie helped us navigate the crazy DC Metro area and we survived! She is well connected and has helped us with recommendations for every service we required since we arrived. Always met us with a smile even during the super hot sweltering days of July ...even after we looked at well over 50 homes. Always positive and always encouraging. She stayed with us every step of the way through closing but her service did not stop there. She even brought us a house warming gift and checked in on us numerous times since closing. She provided first class service from start to finish. Annie showed she truly cared about us finding the right home for our family! She is the complete package!! We could not have asked for anyone better and highly recommend her for buying or selling!!

Annie was a delight to work with! So calm, so knowledgeable, so proactive for us. Having to downsize from a house to a condo because of disabilities and finances was very traumatic for us. We found a great place in a great neighborhood, closer to my office than the house was. She was even able to get us more money than we had listed our house for. She made it very easy and less stressful than I anticipated, even getting us discounts for movers and packers. We sold our house the first day!!!
