I recently purchased a townhouse from Ann Gott. My husband and I are not ready to move to Florida as of yet, so have decided to rent it out. Ann has been with us every step of the way, from buying to finally renting our property. I have used other realtors in the past, and there is absolutely NO ONE that can come close to Ann's PROFESSIONALISM, KNOWLEDGE OF REAL ESTATE TRENDS, AND CARING! From beginning to end, she is there with a friendly phone call, updating you on every detail that is relevant for you to know. Ann is the ONLY realtor I would recommend when purchasing a home in Florida. She truly is the BEST!!!
