After sixty one years of living in new jersey decided to retire to daytona beach. A friend of mine suggested using ann as a realtor. I was here 4 days and Anne showed me my style of homes bought purchased and moved in 2 weeks of being in florida. Anne's experience was able to get me in a home and took care of all of the details that I was not aware of, as well i was recovering from major ankle surgery, so time was of the essence. From the moment I met her , I was treated as a friend , not as a customer. Not only have i purchased my 1st home in Florida,I have Anne as my 1st friend!!!!!
Ann was wonderful and very patient. We did not need to make a move to Palm Coast, we chose to move to Palm Coast. Why in the world would you sell a mortgage free home to have a mortgage? I ask that less every day. We wanted the water life. After we provided am initial Zillow/Realtor list to Ann and spent the first day with several "It's not the one" homes, she quickly picked up on what we actually wanted, and we didn't know how to explain it. She listened to everything we said and read us as we went through the homes we gave her. She pulled a few rabbits out of her hat, and we found the one! The entire process was quite easy. As we move to put our Saint Jones home on the market when it turns around, I'd love to have Ann as our Agent!
We were lucky to have met Ann through a Zillow search a few years ago and now consider her a friend, not just our real estate agent. Ann goes above and beyond what any real estate professionals are willing to do and most could take a lesson on conduct from her. We eventually were able to find a house that was right for us and Ann was extremely helpful and patient throughout the process which helped lessen the home buying stress. Ann Gordon was our realtor and she was phenomenal in her knowledge of the area and the current market . It was difficult time to sell, but she stuck with it throughout the process, from open houses to assisting with resources for home improvements, Ann was there every step of the way. She went above and beyond and handled everything with grace and professionalism. She helped us many years ago, renting a house, then purchasing and now the sale.
