Having Ann as the realtor for the sale of my parents home in Fairway Springs was a great experience. Ann was very knowledgeable about homes for sale and sold in the area. Ann was very helpful with suggestions for preparation for the lisitng as well as during the entire time the home was listed. Annn kept me informed of showings and feedback, and was receptive to suggestions from me about the house. With her help we had the house under negotiations for a price my parents and I were happy with and a contract within a month of listing. I would highly recommend Ann as a sales agent for selling your home.
