I am really happy to have Ann’s help! She is very responsible, professional, detailed oriented, and trustable. Everytime when I had appointment with Ann, she was there on time and she would check everything outside the house and in the neighborhood already. If I am interested in the house, Ann would do an intensive research on the price based on histories, recent transactions, neighborhood, etc. to provide an in-depth analysis to see if the price is reasonable. This give me good information to make the right decision and give the best offer. After the seller accepted the offer, the closing is very time sensitive. It is stressed but with Ann’s professional help, it makes the process a lot easier. She explained the whole process to me, and follow up on all the necessary documents. She is very responsive and knowledgeable that she gave me a lot of useful advices. On the last day when she gave me the key, she also prepared a usb with all of my signed documents for my record. She is very organized and this is very impressive. I am happy to have Ann’s help. If not, my search and purchase would not be so smooth.
