Originally thinking I could sell by owner, but upon meeting with Ann and hearing her thoughts and knowledge on the market, numerous small updates to the house, and the effort necessary to properly prepare for incoming buyer interest, I elected to list the home with Ann. Selling a home can be a bit intimadating, and Ann made the process comfortable with consistent communication, and being readily available to answer my many questions. We worked hard to get the home ready, followed Ann's recommendations, and trusted the process she provided, and the end result was one that I was extremely happy with. I highly recommend Ann and found the selling process much less stressful than I originally imagined. Ann comes highly recommended.
