Ann helped the reviewer sell this property

Above and Beyond - Fantastic!

Ann is absolutely amazing to work with! She is an expert when it comes to what is going on with the housing market and made recommendations on what to do to get the most out of the sale of our house. Ann and her contractor are very hands on and never hesitated to help get our house ready to sell. We were regularly informed of progress and what to expect next. After a multitude of showings in one weekend, we were under contract after a short 3 days on the market. If you are looking to sell your home or buying a new home, I highly recommend Ann!
