Ann Cheng was easy to talk to about all questions and concerns over buying a home. She is very knowledgeable about the area, and makes sure to accommodate all the requests in buying. She also knows many people that can help with repairing and personalizing the house, once purchased. Very quick in communication, and will follow up with you as needed. Thanks to her, we were able to purchase a property quickly and moved into the house right on schedule to when she predicted we would be able to.
