Ann helped the reviewer sell this property

If anyone is looking to sell a home, I would not hesitate to recommend Ann. A friend recommended her during a tough time for me. I needed to get out of my house due to an employment transfer and I was over $100,000 upside down in my mortgage. I didn't klnow what to do or where to turn. Ann came to my house and explained the short sale process to me and how she was an expert in helping people in my situation. Of course I was a nervous and a bit skeptical at first.

Ann handled all aspects of the deal and negotiated everything. If I had a question with anything, she was always there for me and walked me through everything. I didn't need to do anything as Ann handled it all. The day I met in Ann's office to close on my home was a day I will never forget. I still smile to this day looking back and not only did Ann sell my home, she got me in a new home that is everything I could ever ask for. I also received a full clearance from my bank for the amount above what I owed versus the amount it sold for. Ann is a miracle worker as far as I am concerned and I don't know how I could ever thank her enough.

You are the best Ann!!
