We had an incredible experience with Ann and Chuck finding our 2nd home in Bozeman. Most of our visit preperation was over email and text and it couldn't have been more efficient and well thought out. When we arrived in Bozeman for our home visits, we found Chuck and Ann were not only incredibly prepared to see the many properties we had chosen to visit, but flexible as we spent time over the next 2 days and we honed in on exactly what we were looking for. They made changes to the schedule on the fly and made recommondations on neighborhoods and properties. Ultimately we found our perfect home!
