We met Ann through one of her listings and were impressed right away. We worked with her to buy a condo in Scotts Valley in 2016. She is very knowledgeable about the area, both neighborhoods as well as people like mortgage brokers. She managed the closing process in a very thorough and professional way--her project management background really showed. She listens really well and didn't ever try to influence our decisions, but always had a thoughtful opinion if asked. Ann is a terrific real estate agent in every way and we highly recommend her.
