I got in touch with Ann through a family down the street who sold their house through her. She is a no-nonsense realtor who came to us already having done a lot of research on our house before our first meeting. She explained everything to us every step of the way, also respecting our wishes and our concerns. We actually were moving out of state while the house was being sold. Ann took care of all the details, got a very good offer, walked us through everything that followed and we can't recommend her enough! Dealing with a major move is stressful on it's own. She made the selling of our house as easy as possible given our situation.
