My house had been on the market for a year with 0 results. I signed Ann Baker. I think the difference was her sales team. The number 1 person I think, was the stager. She showed us how to fix up and stage the interior. In 2 months the house was sold. This was during the winter months. Even better, when we got a bid, I asked if she could get me this amount. She said I'll try for $10k more than that, and she got it! I had an old peoples house, which means it had wall to wall carpeting and walls around each room. Not what millennials are looking for. She found me a buyer who was looking for that type of interior design. Her recommendation for a lawyer for the closing was first rate. They walked me through the entire process with few blips. When I asked what their fee would be, it was about a third of what I expected! All in all her team served me very well! Thanks Ann!
