I met Ann after I had been trying to sell my house for over a year and half. From the very first meeting I could tell that she excelled in every area of her job. Ann is professional and a very hard worker! She sold my home that had been on and off the market for almost two years in less than a month! In addition to being a hard worker, Ann is honest and fair. She supports you every step of the way. Ann also found me the perfect townhouse to buy and helped me in that process as well. I had not moved for many years and I was a bit overwhelmed by the whole process of buying and selling a house at the same time. Through it all Ann remained knowledgeable and CALM. I can't explain how much I appreciated having Ann as my realtor, sounding board, adviser and friend throughout all of the transactions. I have recommended Ann to friends and would highly recommend her to anyone who is wanting to buy or sell a home. She is highly skilled at her job, kind, knowledgeable and efficient!
