Ann gave us the advice we needed to get our house sold after it had been on the market for almost a year. She avoided recommending costly redecoration in a house that didn't really need any. She provided extra services because we were away much of the time and needed someone to drive over, open up the shutters and turn on the lights before each showing, and close everything up afterwards.
