Ann was very helpful, and we ended up selling the house quickly. We actually had the house listed with another broker for 90 days prior to hiring Ann. During that time, we had only one showing and one low ball offer. After Ann took over the sale process, she had a number of showings within the first 10 days, and we received two offers. She is very knowledgeable about Arlington Heights, with many years of experience. Many of the other people in the process (other realtors, lawyers, bankers, etc.) knew Ann, and her contacts and reputation were very helpful up through the closing.
