Ann Baker was more helpful and amazing than we could have ever hoped for. She was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and responsive, and made a potentially very stressful decision in our lives into one that was smooth and exciting. She brought with her recommendations for a home inspector, lawyer, and mortgage broker, all of which were also fantastic. The market is so crazy and fast-paced right now, and Ann made us feel so valued and that we were her main priority, even though I am sure she also has a lot of other families she was also helping. If we wanted to see a home an hour after it was put on the market, Ann made it happen. She was very flexible in rearranging and quick to get showings set up for us. She really learned what we were looking for in a home and made sure to find homes that had those qualities. She is incredibly hard working, caring, and knowledgeable, and anyone who gets the chance to work with her will immediately see that.
