I had been looking for land in 3 states, each experience with Realtors, made me less excites about a land purchase. Is seemed as if I wasn't a big $ buyer so no one would keep in touch with me. I had shown interest in Colorado and Terri (Ann Baker) emailed me. And from our first contact, was on top of my inquiries and responding in a quick time. She would tell me honestly if a property interest was something good or not so good for me.. she wasn't just about the sale. She listened to my wants and interests. And found a property that was a great fit for me. She have me GPS coordinates and more pictures. When it was time for me to drive to Colorado to inspect yhe property.. she was able to meet us earlier than originally planned, and actually walked the entire length of the property with me. (80 acres). She was in consistent contact with any questions I had and made the purchase process seemless. Restored my faith in the process.
