Sell of Moms house
I moved mom up from her house in Arizona in January 2020 to Northern California to be closer to family after Dad passed away. Due mainly to COVID the house sat for almost 2 years with all the travel restrictions and mandates making planning any trips to Arizona impossible. Finally I decided to try selling it AS IS and contacted Ann. The house had much potential but was a mess needing some TLC. Ann was quick to get it on the market and find potential buyers. After some seller/lender issues managed to get the house sold to buyers at a good fair price. She kept me informed and managed the whole process remotely. Good Job and thankyou Ann.
