Ankur was very knowledgeable in local market and wanted to make sure she found a house up to our standards and in our price range. She made sure she represented us well and always asked if we needed anything. She kept in contact with us throughout the whole process to make sure everything was handled, from documents to inspections. Being new to the area she was able to recommend professionals in the are to handle things associated with buying a house. She has many contacts in the area for financing, inspections, and any other services we would be in need of. I can not express how much respect we have for Ankur and if we ever need an agent again in the Lowcountry she will be by far our first choice!
