We knew we were going to be selling our house years in advance so I had time to do a thorough search for the agent I thought would maximize our return. Anja Plowright and her team were at the top of our list! It turns out that they also made the process as easy as could be, an added benefit. Before we even officially put the house on the market, Anja contacted us and said she had a preemptive cash offer that was worth considering.
