Anita was instrumental in our new home purchase. She provided key insights into negotiation tactics, which ultimately led to us winning the bid of a high demand home in a seller’s market. She was honest, trustworthy, and transparent throughout the process. I will work with Anita again.

Anita helped us purchase a house recently. We were impressed by her patience, efficient and responsive manner. She helped us communicate with the sellers without any issues. She was always fast finding answers to our questions. Even after the purchase, she still followed up with us to make sure everything went well. She is a pleasure to work with.

I am so thankful for Anita Wong throughout my entire house-hunting experience. Buying a property is quite a daunting task as it involves so many aspects. But Anita made the process pleasant. First, she took the time to understand what are my needs and wants and helped me search for places that match my criteria. She had wholeheartedly stepped into her client's (my) shoes to think from my perspective of what property is best for me. As we looked at places, she displayed her knowledge of the housing market, the real estate process (i.e. contingencies, inspections, closing matters, etc), and provided really dependable and honest advice and feedback about all the pros and cons of each place. One of the things that I really appreciate about Anita is that she is not like some realtors who are only concerned about doing business - instead, Anita truly looks out with your best interest in mind, and I think that is a very valuable trait that is often lost in the business world. She is quick and available - she never leaves you hanging; even though she is super busy, she will always get back to you within a reasonable timeframe (if not immediately). In my case, she also worked well with the seller's agent of a different realtor company, so it made the entire process smoother. Anita's attitude and personality are commendable. She is positive and a problem-solver with a "can do" attitude. When I brought up concerns (whether due to my lack of experience or prone-to-worry personality), Anita never found me annoying nor dismissed my concerns. Instead, she will evaluate and see if they are legitimate, potential "issues," and if so, come up with solutions, or explain to me those are not issues and helped me gain understanding about the matter. She is extremely resourceful with great networking skills. Anita truly goes above and beyond. If I have the opportunity to sell or buy again in the future, I will definitely go with Anita Wong again.
