I had no idea who to go to for selling my rental properties. I received a post card from Anita Vining in the mail, and when I saw her picture I just felt she would be a good one to call. I had already gotten numerouse post cards from other agents after my husband passed away of covid. My husband & I both had RE lisences since 1968, but only delt in RE that we purchased & rented ourselves once we moved to Florida. I have never delt with a better agent than Anita Vining in all my 58 years of doing real estate. I even owned my own company in Louisville,KY She is definitely the most knowledgeable agent I have ever delt with plus she makes you feel comfortable from the moment you meet her. She listened to all of my concerns, and explained everything thoroughly. Anita had another agent that kept telling her I wouldn't get the price that I was asking, but she actually got more than I ever thought I would. She was how a true selling agent should be. So many of them want a quick sale in this day and age, but she kept telling me to be pasient, and we, I say we, because I feel I wouldn't have gotten the prices for my places without her. I know this because I never used the agent my husband went with when he passed away. I always felt that he was looking for his bottom dollar selling too quickly, and he didn't care about what was best for us. Anita always asked the other agents showing the places if they were familiar with the amentaties in my high rise, and if she didn't feel comfortable that they would show it right, she would actually do the walk through with the agent & their buyer. She knew she wasn't just selling the actual property, but the spectacular view with the amentaties too.I think she should get an award in her company for top Sales Person of the year.
