Anita made the process very easy. I felt like she was as much a part of this decision as I was. Her passion for her job reduced my anxiety. She was very transparent and explained each step. Additionally, her experience was evident during a rapidly changing market. She found a happy median during a time when the market transitioned from a seller’s market to a buyer’s market. While many may have panicked, Anita assured me that she would not settle for anything less than what we deserved. I must say, we may have hired a realtor but we gained a friend.
