With her outgoing spirit and penchant for hard work, Anita Richards makes real estate look easy. No matter where her career takes her, she tends to leave a trail of awards and accolades in her wake: most recently JohnHart’s Gold Star Agent Award for two consecutive years, illustrating excellence in performance and sales volume. Supported by her nuanced background in marketing and sales, Anita is making big things happen in both residential and commercial real estate endeavors.
Growing up in Glendale, Anita quickly learned the unique landscape of the Greater Los Angeles housing market. For years, her social nature helped her excel in customer service and retail as she pursued her Bachelor’s of Science in Business Management. Shortly after obtaining her degree, Anita’s love for turning strangers into friends found her loved ones suggesting she look into a career in the real estate industry.
Today, she calls La Crescenta home, but still serves clients all across Southern California. As a proud member of the Glendale Association of Realtors, Anita prides herself on being available to her clients 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with no question too small. She never gets tired of seeing her clients’ reactions when she tells them that their offer has not only been accepted, but beat several other offers. With her contagious positivity, enthusiasm, and energetic drive, Anita sees the first meeting with a client as the beginning of a lifelong relationship.
In her free time, Anita loves to stay active, especially when it means enjoying a hike through the great outdoors with her husband and dogs. Community is integral to her, so she can often be found using her natural talent for event coordination to help her church. She also adores seeing as much of the world as possible and shopping for some of the finest things it has to offer. However, her heart is never far from her career; one of her favorite hobbies is interior decorating and staging homes for open houses!
