We live in Tennessee and wanted to buy in Florida. I called Anita and she put us in touch with a lender and we were approved. Anita emailed us some houses that were in our price range and when we decided on a few; she looked and let us know what kind of shape they were in. When we narrowed the selection down to one she took pictures of everything and emailed them to us. She gave us her opinion if should would like living in the home. WE TOOK IT! And when we made the trip to Florida and looked at the home we loved it and the pictures didn't do the home justice. Anita is great, friendly, helpful, and very professional. If I were looking for a realtor that would go out of the way to help someone find a home in the state of Florida or someone like us that wants to move to Florida I would hope that Anita would be available. This is one outstanding realtor! She stayed with us through all the hassles of dealing with HUD. We had the home, "offer accepted". We then had to sign an extension due to HUD. We live over two hours away and she took time to drive down to meet us to sign the extension papers HUD requested. After the deal fell through (due to HUD) she reapproched us and resummited a new contract saving us an additional 10k in the process and was able to close in 10 days! Working with Anita was amazing and we highly recommend her to everyone.
