Anita and Michael are absolutely fantastic to work with. They guided us through the selling and buying process. They had an open line of communication with us and kept us involved every step of the way. They priced our home appropriately for the market and were able to get multiple bids, all over asking price. They were diligent and helped us secure the house of our dreams (even though it wasn’t active on the market). They made a stressful escrow process, less stressful and made sure our needs and concerns felt heard and understood. I don’t know if we will ever buy/sell again, but if we do, we can’t wait to work with Team Marchena again! Not only are they our go to realtors but they have became apart of our family.
