Anita Kruse

I have had the pleasure of working with Anita on several real estate transactions over the past year. Upon meeting Anita, she makes you feel comfortable and at ease with the buying, selling and rental processes. She is very reassuring throughout each process, and offers very effective advice and strategies when situations become challenging. Despite these challenging situations, Anita always came through to insure a favorable outcome for us. Anita is very personable and easy to work with. She is highly accessible (via phone, or to meet over cocktails), and actually made these transactions an enjoyable process. As a result, Anita is not only a realtor that I will continue to use for transactions at the Jersey shore, but she has become a close personal friend with whom I have spent a great deal of time with at the beach, in restaurants and as a dinner guest at my house! Anita was more than just a realtor to me, she became my best friend, going over and beyond to help me sell my house. We ran into so many snags but nothing daunted her. She encouraged me throughout the whole process, which was protracted, and then the first buyers eventually backed out. When that happened, Anita immediately put the house back on the market and in no time we had a new buyer. Just one example of how Anita works: we had to fix the floor of the garage so Anita found a good contractor and got the job done, taking care of all of the details. Anita's was also fun to work with. She is upbeat and has a great sense of humor. She was reliable and always there for me. Never missed a beat. I will always be grateful for her and count myself lucky to have had her in my corner at a difficult time for me.
