OK, where to I start? We just could not have envisioned a better experience. We went into the process of selling the family home with trepidation and low expectations. But the fog lifted after the first meeting with Anita. She was calm, empathetic, low key, and a fantastic listener. Not once during the whole process did we feel any pressure. And we can be a little "difficult". It just got better from there. We had a problem with the generator; Anita had a guy. The hail storm broke the skylights, let the rain in and damaged the roof. Anita had a guy, actually a life saver. She came over on the day of the storm. Anita went at our pace. In the end, the house sold for more than asking with no inspection or contingencies. So she really knows her market. She communicates everything and you sense she is being totally honest with you. She is always a text or phone call away and no issue or question is too small for her attention. I won't even go into what she did for us while she was attending to a family matter.
