Back in 2014 my wife and I needed to move due to a job opportunity in another state, but our home was still upside down from the 2008 financial crisis, so it had to be rented out. We met Anita through a mutual friend and hired her to manage the rental. She had been managing properties for a long time and seemed to to be knowledgeable. Fast forward to 2022 and having know her for the past 8 years, we would definitely rate her an expert in the residential rental and sales markets. She has an extensive vetting process for potential renters designed to find the best possible candidates. We had very few issues during the rental period from 2014 until now. We always had renters, but also when they needed to move, we had very short times between tenants. I never had to worry about it because Anita was always on top of it. When it was time to sell our rental Anita provided guidance on how to prepare the home for sale, what the expectations should be, and what a fair listing price was based on market trends. This resulted in an acceptable offer on the first day of the listing. We realize that may not happen all the time, but believe it was Anita’s work and advice that helped increase the probability. She made the process very easy and we were able to complete the sale remotely. We wish all things in life were as easy and care free as our experience with Anita and would recommend her to anyone!!
