Anita is a wonderful agent, she sold our house for full asking price. She helped us paint the living room and she staged the house beautifully so it was appealing to prospective buyers. The home looked great in the pictures. We left her in charge of everything because we were out of state at the time and she watered our plants and garden every other day. Anita held open house for us almost every day until we started receiving offers. We sold our house in the summer and the market was slow, but Anita did everything she could and used very good marketing, so our house sold fast. Our country with Anita was very good, she always gave us feedback from the buyers and their agents after the showings and open houses. She also helped us negotiate the terms of the sale and we had a very pleasant experience. Anita gave us guidance in every step throughout the process. We are very happy with everything that she has done for us and we felt like she really wanted to help us in every possible way. She is not just professional, but also very friendly and knowledgeable in her field. I recommend her to anyone who is interested in buying or selling a home, she is the best.
