Anita is an excellent realtor who understood how to handle surprises as they occurred. After the buyer received their inspection, the property needed some foundation work. She contacted a company she typically uses, and they said it would be at least five weeks before they could inspect the problem. Using her network of referrals, she found a company that was at the property within the week. Anita was always in contact with the buyer's agent, and we were able to sign all documents on time once negotiated. I highly recommend Anita for your realtor needs. She is very knowledgeable in the Central Texas market and will work hard to help you buy or sell your home.

Don't exactly know what all entails with being a real estate agent, but when most of the properties you look at come from your own hard work, I gotta say...only thing an agent is good for is paperwork. I honestly felt like she didn't really listen to our needs. Granted, she helped in presenting our offer and closing, but as far as the actual searching for the year we were looking, she was all over the map. We gave specific instruction and none of her finds were even close. And even though she was a family friend, she was more into making her 3% on closing than scoring us a good deal.
