With that being said, no one can accurately forecast when a house is going up for sell and at the same time accurately predict the price. Short Story On a late Saturday I was standing in my driveway when I got a notification email for a listing for sale which was 101 S. Sanford Pontiac MI of a 2,500.00 asking price. Yes lol, twenty five hundred dollars. During this time the market was hot for buyers and I knew that this would sell quick. Because I knew the area well I immediately knew this was a Great Deal and called Anita on her Saturday night. No matter the size of the sale whether it’s big or small. She rushed with as much excitement as me to submit my offer that minute. And by 10 am the very next day it was signed that the property was mine. According to Zillow the property is now worth 50K and I can ensure you that this would have never happened if it wasn’t for my MVP realtor. I can’t thank her enough.
After meeting her and explaining our situation she was very positive and upbeat. She made us feel extremely confident that we were going to find the right home. Anita listened to us and never made us feel pressured or that we were an inconvenience to her. She is very knowledgeable and answered almost all of our questions. Anita was excellent to work with and very responsive. She was very active in responding to requests to see houses as quick as possible and helped us through a negotiation in which we were not chosen as high bid but then the house came back to us after the other buyers offer fell through.
