Anastacia “Anise” Golden Morper, a native New Mexican and third-generation real estate business owner, is a respected leader in the real estate industry and the owner of RE/MAX UNLIMITED Santa Fe. Her real estate career began in the 1970s in her father’s office, where she discovered a passion for the industry and community development.
Anise has successfully negotiated multi-million-dollar contracts, earning recognition for her expertise and professional excellence. She holds several certifications, including the CLHMS (Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist), and has received numerous awards. In the Ranching and Commercial industry, Anise has orchestrated multiple (1031) Exchanges, including properties in multiple states. As an Ombudsman, she has helped mediate issues among real estate agents and brokers, demonstrating her dedication to preserving the integrity of the industry.
A Leadership Institute alumna, Anise is known for her ability to build meaningful relationships. As a leader, she has guided others—both as a team and as individuals—to create successful businesses of their own. Her role in fostering successful transactions and ventures has been pivotal throughout her career, and her vast experience ensures successful outcomes regardless of an up or down market condition.
Coming from a family with a heart for community service: instructors, nurses, veterans and law enforcement officers, Anise deeply values service and giving back. In the 1990s, she served as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT)/IV Tech, highlighting her commitment to public service. Her volunteer work includes contributions to PB&J Family Services, Presbyterian Hospital, Disaster Medical Assistance Teams (DMAT), and the Bernalillo County Fire Department. Anise has also supported charitable efforts in Mexico, building homes and aiding orphanages.
