I liked to explore the website and choose the properties I wanted to see. Anil would always listen. As we looked he would ask what I needed, and explain details as we looked at properties. He never let me make a wrong decision, and in the end my property was purchased below asking price. His willingness to make sure I got the right property for me is much appreciated.
