I was shopping for houses since July and had no luck. Any house I put an offer wouldn't get accepted even if I offered more because it was a competitive market. I started working with Anil sometime in September and closed on a house by end of November. In a competitive market, you need to work with someone who goes above and beyond and that's what Anil does. The best part is I didn't even have to take time off work! He would schedule me to see houses from 6-10pm if I wanted. His schedule is very flexible unlike other agents I've worked with. The house I brought, we went to see it at 7 or 8pm. We left the house and talked for a bit. Anil said if you really like the house it's important to make a connection with the seller. So I went back to the house a few minutes later and told him how much I loved it and the next day he accepted my offer! My offer wasn't the highest either but it was because of what Anil taught me that helped me get the house.
