Anil helped us with buying our first investment property, and it was a particularly challenging one, some won’t even schedule a showing for us. Not Anil, he’s very knowledgeable, and went above and beyond, he gave us all the details that we need to make an informed decision. I know we were supposed to use our own mortgage and insurance brokers, but his recommendations were at much much better rate, and a lot more responsive than our own. He surrounds himself with good and responsive people, and has someone for everything we need. We were able to make this deal happen because of him, and we are very glad he is our agent.
