Anika was recommended to us by a NY realtor and I could not recommend someone more highly. This was our first purchase of a property and Anika was exceptionally helpful throughout the full transaction. She of course has a wealth of knowledge of Connecticut real estate, but she also has an engineering background as an added bonus.
