Selling in time of great need

We had a great experience with Mr. Anibal (Nathaniel) Guzman with the sale of our home in Lauderhill's Sienna Green at Inverrary, His communication, honestly, integrity and willingness to listen allowed us to sell our property within a reasonable time. We got multiple offers within 10 days and beyond plus negotiated a strong selling price. Nate, as I warmly called him, wss always on time for appointments and promptly attended to our needs and other buyers realtor inquiries for information on the property. Selling our home gave us great peace of mind as it was a difficult time during the first months with no tenants. It was a roller coaster ride going back and forth great distances trying to keep the property in shape for the sale. In less than three months we sold our home. He went above and beyond to give us advice, allowed my wife and I to make a fresh start in our new location. I will be forever grateful.
