From continuously being ranked as the #1 agent with the highest sales volume in Keller Williams Central to joining the #1 Luxury Group in the United States, Ani has demonstrated dedication and drive. Now she has sold just over $30 million worth of real estate all by herself as an individual agent and this is just the beginning.
Being born and raised in Armenia, just three years ago Nersisyan moved to America and simultaneously began her real estate career, got married, and had a child. Prior to moving to America, she had graduated from the Yerevan State Linguistic University with honors and at the age of 23 Ani took the initiative to begin her own linguistic school named “Lingua Life” which is still among the highest rated language schools in Armenia.
Due to her teaching, marketing and administrative skills, within just 1 year she took this school to great heights and created a team of over 15 tutors. Through her various experiences she gained skills such as active listening and leadership, both of which can be demonstrated through her current profession as a realtor.
Prior to joining, while working with Keller Williams Central Northridge, she had received over ten awards demonstrating her hard work, commitment and diligence. Nersisyan cultivated her personal brand from the ground up and now has a 100% referral-based business. Nersisyan continues to prioritize her clients while imprinting her mark in the real estate realm.
