Angyl was very helpful in finding the particular type of property I was looking for. Then she was very thourough in guiding me through the purchace process. There were a few hiccups along the way and she helped smooth things all the way to closing.
Angyl was incredible. Starting off, she had supplies and tools that I didn't even think to bring with me - tape measure, notebooks, etc. Her resources positively dwarfed anything that I could find, enabling her to customize our search to my personal checklist, resulting in massive time savings. Thankfully, Angyl helped me overcome an emotional (childhood) attachment to a house with gentle persuasion and we soon found the perfect home for me. She was there throughout the entire process and I have passed her contact information along to several co-workers - including my boss. If I ever consider buying another home, Angyl will be my only choice.
Angyl’s knowledge of the local market and contacts among mortgage brokers, contractors, inspectors, etc. meant I just had pick the property and write the checks, and everything else went off without a hitch. A great agent for out of towners who are new to the area

Working with Angyl was awesome. My husband and I weren't so much picky as we were sure of what we liked and didn't. Angyl never got annoyed with us when we couldn't specify why we didn't like a particular property. She happily showed us as many houses as it took to find The One and we did!
