I cannot even begin to express how grateful I am to have had Angie as my agent. Angie is so incredibly kind, patient, understanding, and supportive. I bought a home in Sac. all the way from Florida and never saw it in person. That is how much I trust Angie. We started working together in May and she never gave up even though my wish list was long, my budget was tight, and things were looking slim. She never let me settle, and got me a house with all my must-haves and all my extra wishes. She understood my vision, my priorities and she never pushed me. She has gone so far beyond the duty of an agent. She even brought her husband, Ian, to which I am so grateful, to check out possible houses for a second time to make sure that they both felt that this was a good house and neighborhood for me. And they never hesitated to veto a house if they felt that the area wasn't one they would feel safe having their kids live there. They even secretly went to turn on my sprinkles to try and keep my grass alive while I wait to move. They brought a big leak to my attention, called me a plumber, and even met the neighbors and exchanged numbers so that she would let Angie know if ever saw anything strange going on at my house. Even when I first visited Sacramento, Angie took my parents and me all over to see neighborhoods. She spent her whole Saturday afternoon taking us to see areas. She taught us so much and made sure our time together counted. I know I would not have my house today without her. Angie and Ian are truly such wonderful people and they are so much more than just agents.
