Great First Experience

This was my first time buying/selling a house and Angie made it really simple. We found out we were moving and it needed to be done quickly. We reached out after receiving a recommendation and she was able to meet with us really quickly. She was up front about what she thought would help us sell, pricing, what we’d make, etc. to help us get ready. Once we were ready to list, she had media in and listed our house in less than a week. Her pricing helped us get an offer the day it hit the market - and we closed in 22 days. Angie answered all of my questions and helped guide us throughout the entire process, making decisions we felt comfortable with, which helped us have such a quick and painless close. She came off as very kind, knowledgeable, and direct, which was/is exactly what we needed. We enjoyed working with Angie so much that we can’t wait to continue working with her as buyers and we feel confident she’ll help us find what we want/need in our next home!
