I cannot entirely put into a review how immensely happy I am with having Angie I’m my side when searching for a home. She was patient, knowledgeable, she listened and somehow was able to pinpoint the moment that I fell in love with a home. A real professional, this lady knows what she’s doing.

Angie is the best. She was so flexible about scheduling showings around my work schedule. In this market, you have to be ready to go to a showing at the drop of a hat, so that was a really great quality to have in a realtor. The place I ended up purchasing sold within hours. Angie is a Colorado native so she was able to provide a lot of unexpected knowledge about neighborhood trends across various areas and how these neighborhoods have changed over time. Because of this knowledge she was able to talk me out of a purchase early on in our search despite that it provided no financial benefit to her. Looking back, I wouod have really regretted buying that place and I found a much better one for the same price. She also knows a lot about which homes are likely to increase in value over time and which homes are more risky. Angie has great negotiation skills, connections to the right people in the community, and knew exactly what hidden things to look for during showings. Part of the reason I was able to get the condo I purchased was because Angie talked the seller into choosing me over the other bidders even though they made the same offer. Angie even went and looked at another condo with me after I had already purchased mine just because I was curious about the other place. I am so happy that I had Angie's help.
