We are admittedly difficult clients. We had a shifting list of priorities. There was ghost input from in-laws. We had a shifting price range. We insisted on seeing many homes all over the area we considered. We had issues after the purchase. Ms. Robinson was willing and gracious and helpful. Angie is the best! She took the wheel when we asked her to help us sell our property and took it all the way. We only had to do the necessary things to complete the sale. She did the negotiating and made sure everything went as planned throughout the process. We're so glad that we hired Angie as our agent! She came to our house within 3 days of us calling her and she came prepared! She had printed all of the current listing's around us and also houses that had been sold recently that were comparable to our listing so we could come up with an accurate sales price. She was very thorough with explaining the current market and she broke down the entire process. She has awesome communication skills as she kept us in the loop on everything.
