She wrote the contract in such a way that it was accepted that day. She made the escrow period so smooth. The day before settlement, she performed a virtual walk through. She was so attentive to us. Since we do not know many people in the area, she has been giving us names of electricians, interior designers and other contractors. We can't say enough about the fabulous service Angie gave to us. Angie listed and sold my property at 24 Dixon Road Chestertown New York, and the property was not an easy deal to close. We had issues with surveys and boundaries, further complicated by involving the APA and the local town zoning board. Angie is super dedicated she never gave up, she had insight and knew everyone to help expedite the process, including the surveyor, town zoning board, APA, and attorneys.
