"Angie is AWE-SOME. Hyperbole? Nope. Here's a bit of background on me and the kind of P.I.T.A. I was: 1. I live out of State 2. I had a very specific idea of what I wanted, and wasn't terribly flexible (stoopid HOAs...) 3. My timeline was open-ended 4. I am a value-minded investor and had a limited budget. Most realtors might have scoured listings once or twice and then given up on me - not Angie. She was extremely patient, helpful, answered a million questions and helped focus my attention on details I might have otherwise overlooked. I always felt like she was a partner in the process. When I got excited about a property I saw online she would do additional research that many times lead me to say: 'nope, let's look at something else.' When she saw potential in a property, she wasted no time driving over and giving me a first-hand impression. Once we found a house that checked all boxes, there was no doubt that Angie was in my corner every step of the way. She fought for me, coordinated with various parties (sellers, lenders, property manager, inspectors, etc.), and made the process of buying a home sight unseen from out of State easy - and comfortable. Angie worked with me tirelessly for over 8 months to find 'the one.' So yeah, she's an amazing realtor, and I now have a house. I am grateful for that - but even more so to be able to say that Angie is a friend."
