My husband and I live in Riverside, California and were interested in buying a house in Lake Havasu. We first met Ms. Angie in June 2023, at a property that was for sale in Lake Havasu. It happened to be at one of her open houses. That particular property was nice, but it was not what we were looking for. In speaking with her at her open house, she simply asked us what were we looking for and when did we expect to buy. She was NOT pushy whatsoever, which we both really appreciated! We told her exactly what we wanted in our lake house (RV garage, pool, etc.). She then asked us if it would be okay if we gave her our numbers so she could "keep an eye out" on properties that we might be interested in. We gave her our numbers and didn't think much of it. Maybe a week later, she sent us several properties that were IN our price range that had everything we were looking for! My husband and I were super excited to go see those properties! We drove out to Havasu a total of three times, and every time, Ms. Angie had a plethora of properties to look at. On that third time (in early November 2023), we found "the one!" We closed escrow on December 7, 2023! The things we liked most about Ms. Angie were: she was NEVER pushy; always open and honest; never showed us houses that were completely out of our price range (which a lot of agents do); fought super hard to get a GREAT deal on the house; and she never gave up on us!
