We were first time home buyers in Seattle and I must say buying a house in Seattle is hard! Angie walked us through the process from start to finish, keeping up our spirits, always available, and helped us find the house of our dreams. The biggest thing for us is she was so knowledgeable and also very blunt and honest with us about the property's we were looking at. It's easy to fall in love with a place and completely lose your head, and Angie was there to give us accurate feedback about costs and risks. I would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling in Washington.
